Utilization review education is facilitated through internal peer-to-peer reviews with our physician advisors.
Lower audit risk and improve clinical documentation to maximize reimbursement with another level of case clarification and education for your treating physicians. This value-added service is usually triggered when an AppriseMD physician recommends observation on an inpatient admission, or for clinical/ chart clarification. A patient who appears to be ready for discharge but continues to stay may also trigger an internal peer-to-peer discussion.
